Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from when the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days. Once your order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
We ship using United State Postal System. After an order leaves us, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund in the original method of payment will be given, minus the cost of shipping.
All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. DADDYDAVE405.COM does not provide information on what your country may charge at customs.
Our policy is 14 days. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All Sales are Final on Headwear. This includes all hats & beanies. No exchanges and no refunds.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected and a refund will not be given.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Daddy Dave Inc. PO Box 1190 Mustang, OK 73064. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE!!! If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the cost to ship item back to us and you will be responsible for new shipping cost. After we receive your item, we will send an invoice for the shipping charge to send new item back out to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
